Job Description

As an RN in our Behavioral Hospital, you will provide high-quality care by assessing patient health, developing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient well-being, directly impacting patients and their families. A retention bonus of up to $10,000 is available for full-time RNs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 2+ years of hospital experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Behavioral health nursing experience
• Certification in psychiatric nursing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:
