Director of Nursing – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate LPN with a current state license to join our family-owned team, offering a salary of $78,000 – $80,000/year. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude, providing medical support while ensuring a safe environment for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents and develop care plans
• Conduct re-assessments and care conferences
• Manage Resident Care Staff
• Oversee Infection Prevention and Control program
• Ensure quality resident care

Qualifications:

• 1 year LPN experience in home care
• Current LPN/RN license
• CPR certification
• Flexible schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
