Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering nursing care to patients, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and developing individualized care plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and documenting patient health needs.
• Administering medications and monitoring compliance.
• Communicating with the interdisciplinary team and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Educating patients and families on health conditions and medication usage.
• Participating in treatment team meetings and ensuring thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred experience in behavioral health.
• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
