Mental Health LPN- Recovery

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Mental Health LPN for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions at our recovery center in Bayard, Iowa. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $24-30, a set schedule with 12-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 16 PTO days in the first year.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved LPN/Vocational Nursing Program
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications
• Valid nursing license and CPR/de-escalation certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care under RN supervision
• Assist in health and psychiatric education
• Administer and document medications accurately
• Monitor and report client status changes
