Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time PM shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) with a 4 on, 2 off rotation. The LVN will oversee resident services, including medication administration and nursing care, while collaborating with healthcare team members. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing care, complying with regulations, and communicating changes in resident status. Candidates must have a current LVN license, at least 1 year of healthcare experience, and training in rehabilitative nursing.
