Position Title: Clinical Nurse – Float Pool

Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides holistic and systematic patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient and family needs. The RN demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication while adhering to nursing standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure medication safety and triage patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment and perform comprehensive assessments.
• Provide direct nursing care, including chemotherapy and patient education.
• Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.

Required Education and Experience: High School Graduate, Associate Degree in Nursing, and a Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) in Kansas.
