*Shift Available:*


* 11:00pm – 7:00am
* Full Time



*Key job resposibilities include:*


* Direct the day-to-day functions of household staff or other nursing personnel in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Community.
* Interview and complete timely evaluations of household staff.
* Ensure that all assigned nursing personnel including household staff comply with the written policies and procedures established by the Facility.
* Evaluate/assess all residents with a change in condition daily, including suspected abuse.
* Ensure physician/family notification and documentation of changes in condition.
* Ensure proper procedures and policies for assisting with medications including accuracy, documentation, orders, etc., are followed for every medication daily.
* Complete admission/discharge procedures.
* Responsible for reviewing all incidents on the shift of occurrence and follow-up visits when deemed necessary. Shift documentation and visual assessments are required for nine shifts.
* Ensure adequate supplies are available to staff at the beginning of shift.
* All complaints are to follow complaint procedures using proper forms.

*Education and Experience*


* Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate from an approved RN program.
* Current CPR certification.
* Three (3) years’ experience in geriatric nursing and supervisor experience preferred.
* Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in this state.
