Our 59-bed facility in Willard is in a beautiful rural setting and is easily accessible from the surrounding communities located near Norwalk, Bellvue, Tiffin, and New London. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. *Responsibilities*

-Supervising COTAs on staff
– Implement individualized care plans for patients requiring speech therapy, utilizing critical care and acute care experience.
– Conduct patient assessments, including standardized testing
– Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
– Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications
– Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy
– State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Occupational Therapist.
– Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.
– Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
