We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a *Registered Dietitian *in our Skilled Long-term Care facility.

*Registered Dietitian Position Overview:*

As the *Registered Dietitian*, you will oversee the nutritional well-being of our residents. Conduct nutrition assessments, identifying residents’ nutritional needs and creating effective diet plans.

*Registered Dietitian* *Key Duties:*
* Assess and monitors the Resident’s nutritional status, provide recommendations to medical staff, and develop adequate care plans.
* Evaluate the special needs of Residents regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and significant weight loss.
* Partner with the interdisciplinary team to review and adjust resident’s care plans.
* Work closely with Speech Pathologists to ensure appropriate mechanically altered diets are provided for residents with dysphagia.
* Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

*Registered Dietitian Qualifications:*
* *Registered Dietitian *in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
* Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Nutrition or Dietetics as well as the completion of the accredited Dietetic Internship program.
* Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
