Minimum Qualifications
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or
Eligible for licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the next 90-180 days.
Two (2) years experience in delivering therapeutic services.
Qualified supervisor preferred.
Job Summary
Children’s Home Network seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or an individual eligible for licensure within the next 90-180 days to serve as Clinical Supervisor for Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care (STFC). The STFC Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of effective therapeutic services to children in foster care enrolled in the STFC program. This individual works with CHN’s Senior Director of Placement and Licensing and Director of Therapeutic Foster Care to admit children to the STFC program, provide supervision and guidance to therapists, and train prospective STFC foster parents. The Clinical Supervisor will manage a team therapists delivering services in CHN foster homes, completing Medicaid authorizations and re-authorizations, managing utilization, conducting initial behavioral health status exams, and coordinating psychiatric care. The Clinical Supervisor also will provide crisis and behavioral intervention and prevention, including outside regular business hours.
