We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in various settings. This role requires expertise in airway management, patient assessment, and medication administration, ensuring optimal respiratory function for patients across all age groups.

*Duties*
– Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine respiratory needs and develop appropriate care plans.
– Administer respiratory therapy treatments
– Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
– Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and patient responses in compliance with healthcare regulations.
– Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, treatment plans, and home care strategies.
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of respiratory therapy services.

*Requirements*
– Valid Respiratory Therapist license and certification from an accredited program.
– Strong understanding of vital signs monitoring and patient assessment protocols.
– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
