Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Therapist Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our clinic, you will provide individual and family therapy to clients, with a special focus on the Spanish-speaking community. You’ll work alongside a passionate team of clinicians in a collaborative, supportive environment, with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients while advancing your own professional journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide Therapy:
* Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
* Use evidence-based treatment methods to address a broad range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
* Collaboration & Teamwork:
* Participate in treatment planning and clinical meetings, contributing to a dynamic, team-driven approach to client care.
* Collaborate with licensed psychologists, dietitians, and other providers to offer comprehensive, holistic care to clients.
* Clinical Documentation:
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines.
* Professional Development:
* Take advantage of continuing education opportunities (CEU credits) and weekly training at no cost to enhance your clinical expertise.
* Participate in regular supervision sessions to receive guidance and support in your clinical practice.

Qualifications
* Education:
* A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
* Licensure:
* LPC-A, LMFT-A, or LMSW license in the state of Texas (Associates welcome).
* Language: Fluency in Spanish is required for effective communication with our Spanish-speaking client base.
* Experience: Clinical experience in individual therapy, crisis intervention, and/or group psychotherapy.
* Previous work in multidisciplinary settings is a plus.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
* Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices and familiarity with social service agencies and state regulations related to mental health care.

* Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all client interactions.
