Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

Assist Physical Therapists in executing treatment plans that align with patient goals
Deliver quality care that improves patients’ mobility, strength, and overall function
Support patients in achieving optimal outcomes with evidence-based techniques
Provide encouragement and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey
Help develop wellness and fitness programs tailored to individual needs
Promote healthy lifestyles through strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination improvement
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other health professionals
Accurately document patient progress and care services
Qualifications:

What You Will Bring to the PT Way Team

Relevant work experience (or clinical rotations) as a physical therapist
A strong foundation in current treatment practices and techniques
The ability to connect with and support patients with diverse needs
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license
