*AdvisaCare *is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable *Licensed Practical Nurse* to be a *Care Manager *at our beautiful *Independent Living Community in Spring Lake MI. *
*Full Time Salaried Position with Excellent Benefits!*
*Duties Include*
* Hiring/Training/Supervising Your Staff – Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides
* Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors
* Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital/rehab center
* On-Call
* Oversight for all shifts
* Working the floor as support
* Weekly Payroll and Scheduling

*Requirements:*
* Current Michigan License – LPN
* Minimum one (1) year experience
* Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification
* Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
* Critical thinking, task competence and the ability to think on your feet
* Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
