Signet Health is actively hiring for an experienced Texas licensed social worker – LPC or LCSW – for our Director of Behavioral Health position with our outpatient program in Junction, TX.

This is a great opportunity offering a generous market-competitive salary of $85,000 plus, robust benefits package, unlimited PTO, a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and relocation allowance!

Primary responsibilities as the Director of Behavioral Health will include:

Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the psychiatric unit
Supervision experience
Leading program development with short-term and long-term goals
Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal and licensing agency regulatory standards
Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the program
Requirements/Qualifications:
Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas
Experience working with senior adults in an outpatient setting
