About ECU Health Beaufort Hospital, a campus of ECU Health Medical Center

ECU Health Beaufort Hospital is located in Washington and serves as a campus ECU Health Medical Center, our Level I Trauma Center in Greenville. The 142-bed full-service hospital offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services including medical, surgical, intensive care, emergency, pediatrics and women’s services. In addition there is a lab, diagnostic imaging services, physical and respiratory therapy. The facility also features the Marion L. Shepard Cancer Center, offering leading-edge chemotherapy and radiation therapy, among other cancer services.

Position Summary

The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist IV is a member of the diagnostic staff of Radiology Services. The technologist is responsible for the operation of diagnostic and fluoroscopy imaging equipment and for performing examinations. The diagnostic technologist must maintain a high standard of ethics while providing quality patient care. Through proper credentialing, the technologist must be ARRT (R) registered with current certification.

Minimum Requirements

High school or equivalent (or higher)
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Current ARRT (R) required
8 years of experience as Radiologic/Diagnostic Technologist
