Embassy of Woodview is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Columbus, OH. We are a mere 15 minutes from the downtown area with access to community activities and outings.

**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

– Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients’ functional abilities.

– Educate patients and their families on Occupational Therapy plan of care

– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

– Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

**Qualifications:**

– State licensure as a Occupational Therapy.

– Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
