Covelo Group is seeking experienced BCBAs to join our Educational Services team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with educators to support students facing behavioral challenges.

With a manageable caseload, you’ll provide focused, personalized interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs, ensuring they reach their full potential!

*As a School-Based BCBA, you will: *
* Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavioral intervention plans.
* Provide training, workshops, and strategies for teachers and behavior techs to address students’ individual behavioral needs.
* Empower students to manage their behavior and enhance their learning experience.
* Monitor and report on students’ progress toward their IEP/504 plan goals

*Qualifications for this BCBA role include: *
* Master’s degree in behavioral science or a related field.
* Experience in special education is a plus but not required.
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
