Company in Cincinnati, OH is searching for the most qualified, empathic, compassionate, energetic and passionate addiction professionals in the world to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial therapy. We are seeking a dedicated and licensed therapist with expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to join our mental health facility focused on substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health and substance abuse needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating EMDR as a therapeutic modality.
* Provide counseling and support to clients in both individual and group settings.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field REQUIRED (must be license eligible)
* Licensed therapist with specific training and certification in EMDR *(EMDR certification is REQUIRED)*
* Three years (3) of experience as Case Manager or Therapist preferred
* Chemical Dependency experience strongly preferred
* One of the following licenses are required and must be active: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Job Type: Full-time | M-F | 8:30a-5p | Onsite

Pay range: $80k-$110k
