Start Date: Mid December

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for post-acute patients

• Manage a patient load of approximately 8-10 patients per day, with occasional increases

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and assist with group therapy sessions

Requirements:

• PT degree (Bachelor’s or Doctorate)

• Compact or Missouri state license
