$40-50 depends on the level of experience. Skilled Nursing or Rehab exp is plus. Point click care experience is preferred.

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to patients in various medical settings.

*Duties*
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
– Perform physical examinations and health assessments
– Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
– Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
– Collaborate with physicians and registered nurses to develop patient care plans
– Provide wound care and other nursing interventions
– Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

*Qualifications*
– Valid LPN license in the state of practice, 2+ years LPN experience.

— Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
