This position will:
* Oversee and ensure efficient Radiology operations, ensuring a high level of productivity and providing operational and technical direction
* Monitor the function of the department, resolve problems and revise operations as needed
* Partner with other departments and leaders to assure quality patients services and overall patient satisfaction
* Be responsible for resolution of any patient concerns, complaints and/or problems
* Support the organization’s mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives
* Participate in community activities and in the development, implementation and evaluation of business and market growth plans
* Develop and administer policies and procedures to accomplish department specific and organizational initiatives

Required:
* Graduate of an AMA-Accredited school of Radiology
* ARRT certification
* Radiography licensure in Wisconsin and Illinois
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Health Care Administration or related field
* CPR within 90 days of hire

Preferred:
* Typically requires 5 years of experience in a health care facility that includes experience and knowledge in medical practice and management
* 1 year of supervisory experience in managing staff and monitoring the budget and resources
* PACS knowledge encouraged
