RN Resident Care Manager/RCM- $50-55/per hour

> REF:#3d7728b0463975e5 The Resident Care Manager is responsible for the management of the day-to-day care provided within the assigned unit and initiates corrective action as necessary.

As as RCM for Bothell Health Care duties include:

* Supervision of LN and NAC Staff
* Communication and collaboration with Provider staff- MD/ARNP/PA-C
* Care Planning
* Attendance at Care Conference
* Incident Investigations
* Teaching and mentoring staff to provide the highest quality of care
* Patient assessments and documentation

We are looking for experienced long term care nurses to join our team as a Resident Care Manager. You must have experience working in a SNF to apply for this position. We have an outstanding survey history and stable NAC staffing. Our facility is clean and bright.
