Weekends only (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

Work with patients of all ages and backgrounds in their homes. Compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurses who desire working one-on-one with patients outside of a clinical setting.

*Job Responsibilities*
* Covering incoming calls and making necessary patient visits as necessary
* Providing patient care and coordinating the services of a multidisciplinary team incollaboration with the patient’s physician
* Completing initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs and requests at appropriate time points assigned
* Initiating the plan of care and revising as necessary
* Wound care, IV therapy, medication & pain management, hospice care

*Qualifications and Skills*
* A graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current license as a Registered Nurse-RN
* Prior home health, hospice, or acute care nursing experience preferred
* Computer skills
* Strong clinical and assessment ability
* Compassionate and patient-focused, positive attitude
* Reliable transportation and able to travel
* Strong documentation skills
* RELIABLE and efficient

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
