Type of Facility: Critical Access Hospital with Outpatient Clinic
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible 4/10s or 5/8s, 8am – 5pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting
– Treat approximately 12 patients per day
– Focus on orthopedic cases (no pediatrics)
– Collaborate with a team of PTs, OTs, PTAs, and COTAs
– Ensure patient safety and comfort during all treatments
Requirements:
– Active Michigan state PT license
