Full Time, 40 hours/week
Base Pay: $20 – $23
Differentials available for evening, night and weekend shifts

Essential Functions: Provide exceptional resident care including, but not limited to:
– Identify special resident problems and changes in condition and report them immediately to supervisor
– Bathes, neatly dresses and undresses residents
– Grooms resident including shaving, hair and fingernail care
– Accurately records percentage of resident food and fluid intake
– Feeds resident according to care plan(s)
– Monitors meal trays
– Answers call lights timely
– Delivers and removes resident meal trays
– Pulls up side rails and rolls down bed
– Changes incontinent residents
-Takes residents to bathroom every 2 hours or as requested
– Completes tub baths, showers or bed baths
– Turns and repositions all bed and chair residents every 2 hours including but not limited to pulling up in bed
– Empties and records all urinary drainage units
– Assists nurse with treatment procedures
– Changes bed linens on occupied and unoccupied beds
– Takes, records and reports weights of residents
– Inspects resident skin condition with daily care and reports to the supervisor

Prerequisites:
– Minimum 10th grade education. High School Diploma or GED preferred
– Must be at least 16 years old
– Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Massachusetts and have an active license
