*Travel Histotech Responsibilities:*
* Cut, prepare, and stain slides for histology examination and review
* Prepare stains and chemical solutions
* Adhere to examination and specimen collection and tracking standards to ensure accuracy of specimen analysis
* Analyze, record and report laboratory test results accurately and in specified format
* Conduct preventive maintenance, periodic inspection, calibration, and performance testing of laboratory equipment and instruments
* Comply with facility and laboratory safety and quality control protocols

*Travel Histotech Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science field
* HT or HTL certification through ASCP preferred
* 1-2 years of experience working as a Histotechnician or Histotechnologist
* Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
* Valid Driver’s License
* Background and drug screen
