* _*2 practice locations currently open:*_
_*- Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine: *__Experience/training in Sports Medicine is preferred. 24-30 patients/day. Half FM/ half sports. Includes Guided ultrasound injections, treating concussions, plain X-ray on site. Position will be aligned with the Orthopedics department and will have regular interaction with them._
_*- Traditional Family Medicine practice: *_ _Adult, Geriatric, and Pediatric. Provider __*MUST*_ _be willing to see patients ages 5 years and up._
* _*Providers are expected to see approximately 20 patients per day (non negotiable).*_
* Full-time negotiable schedule, depending upon the practice and current staffing
* On call 3-4 days per month
* 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the organization
* 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
* Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
* Lab onsite
* X-ray onsite
* EMR – EPIC
* _*Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate*_
* _*Not accepting Locums submissions*_
* _*Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates*_
* _*Open to upcoming 2025 graduates (not accepting 2026+ graduates)*_

Certification Requirements
* ACLS
* BLS
* Board Certified
* Board Eligible

State License Requirements
* Ohio

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 – $130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
