Locations: The Gardens at Millville (Millville, PA) & The Gardens at Orangeville (Orangeville, PA)
Schedule: Full-Time/Part-Time, 20 hours per week at each facility (40 hours total)
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide expert medical nutrition therapy and consultation for residents at our skilled nursing facilities in Millville and Orangeville, PA. This role involves assessments, care planning, and collaboration with residents and families to ensure high-quality dietary care.

Key Responsibilities
Develop preliminary and comprehensive dietary assessments for residents.
Create tailored dietary care plans to address residents’ needs and goals.
Collaborate with residents and families to review and refine care plans.
Ensure dietary staff implement care plans effectively.
Identify and document specialized equipment or utensils for residents.
Evaluate patient charts and recommend appropriate medical nutrition therapy.
Qualifications
Licensure: Licensed Registered Dietitian.
Experience:
Minimum of two years as a professional dietitian in long-term care with administrative responsibilities, or
At least one year as a consulting dietitian for long-term care facilities.
