Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Director of Imaging, the Imaging Informatics Radiologic Technologist builds, maintains, and improves the use and integration of imaging technology, informatics systems, and data analytics in support imaging services. This person also functions as a radiologic technologist in the imaging department.

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proof of highest level of education completed but not less than high school education or equivalent.
AZDHS Certification in Radiologic Technology (CRT) within 30 days of hire.
Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or other approved educational programs.
Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form.
An understanding of computer systems, process design and data management.
Must have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
Must have the mental and physical ability to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, the essential functions of the job.
Ability to lift, carry, pull, & push 50 pounds, and work in an MRI environment.
Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in DICOM, HL7, Network, and PACS administration
Imaging Informatics certification
Previous Meditech experience or other related electronic records systems

Position Classification: Non-exempt

Compensation Range: $24.00 to $32.29
