JOB DUTIES
– Conduct screens and evaluations of patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
– Develop and implement individualized therapy programs for patients based on their specific needs and goals
– Provide therapy services to patients using the most current techniques following physician orders.
– Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
– Educate patients and their families
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records



QUALIFICATIONS
– Current VA Physical Therapy state licensure
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $48.00 – $52.00 per hour
