Now hiring a *Manager Patient Services RN – Home Health for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position*.

**Pay is $64.78 – $97.18 per hour**

We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Manager for our Home Health team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree (BSN), 5+ years of relevant experience, and a strong background in management and budgeting. Preferred candidates will have a Master’s in Nursing (MSN).

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee department operations, staff performance, and patient care outcomes
* Manage budgeting, financials, and scheduling for optimal efficiency
* Collaborate with other departments to maintain compliance and quality standards
* Drive initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service quality

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
* Active RN license
* 3+ years of supervisory experience
* Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and computer proficiency
