*Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist*
* *Performing Procedures:* Conduct diagnostic CT scans, properly position patients, and adjust equipment settings to ensure safety and comfort.
* *Patient Interaction:* Collect and confirm patient information, explain procedures, and address questions or concerns.
* *Operating Equipment:* Use CT scanners and related equipment, such as power injectors, to produce detailed, high-quality diagnostic images.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with radiologists and healthcare providers to determine imaging protocols and ensure optimal outcomes.
* *Quality Assurance:* Review and ensure the accuracy of images, addressing any artifacts or technical issues.
* *Results Evaluation:* Determine if additional imaging is needed and consult with radiologists to achieve accurate diagnoses.
* *Documentation:* Maintain thorough records of each procedure, including imaging parameters and any incidents.

*Requirements for the CT Technologist Role*
* *BLS Certification* (required).
* *ARRT Certification* (required).
* *NC License*
* *2+ years of experience* as a CT Technologist.
