Total compensation is $98,000 – $120,000, which includes a 20% bonus based on center metrics.

Your Role as a Clinical Director

As a Clinical Director at Pine Cone Therapies, your impact extends beyond clinical care. You will lead the charge in creating a center where children, families, and team members all thrive.

Grow Your Team: Lead recruitment efforts for RBTs and BCBAs, ensuring the center is staffed with skilled and passionate professionals aligned with our mission.
Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee and improve clinical quality measures, including recommended-to-delivered hours, parent training participation, efficiency metrics, and assessment turnaround times.
Collaborate for Growth: Partner with marketing and business development teams to attract and enroll new ABA clients, helping expand the center’s reach and impact.
Inspire and Mentor: Train, manage, and mentor your team to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality, neuroaffirming care.
Lead by Example: Implement and uphold clinical standards while promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and compassion.
Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation: $98,000–$120,000, which includes a performance-based bonus of up to 20% of your annual salary based on center metrics.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re already an exceptional BCBA and leader, and now you’re ready to take the next step in your career:

Certified BCBA: In good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Management Experience: At least 3 years in management, with 1 year as a BCBA.
Leadership Potential: Excited to mentor, manage, and grow a team of pediatric professionals.
Operational Acumen: Comfortable collaborating with marketing teams and driving growth initiatives.
Mission-Driven: Committed to neuroaffirming, assent-based care that prioritizes every child’s strengths and autonomy.
